Advanced Weaponry Powers

Short Burst – Daily – Standard Action.
Make three successive attacks on a single target within range. The first attack receives no recoil penalty, the second attack receives an -2 recoil penalty to hit, the third attack receives a -4 recoil penalty to hit. The recoil penalty stacks with other penalties (range penalties for example).

Hail of Bullets – Encounter – Standard Action.
Make a Burst 1 attack within 10 squares. Any creature between the area of effect and the attacker is also attacked. Damage 3d6 (+ Dex. mod.). This can only be performed once per encounter due to overheating.
